The Aligned Institutional Mission (AIM) Program and AIM CONNECT consultants are distinguished leaders who have held major leadership roles at academic health centers. They have an in-depth understanding of the important challenges that academic health center leaders must face in both managing complicated health systems and enhancing the alignment of research, education, and patient care.

AIM Program
Set and meet strategic goals, measure organization alignment, and benchmark success.
Participants in the full one-year AIM Program commit to completing a self-assessment using the AIM Program Tool and undergoing a peer review consulting period (including an in-person visit) followed by an action plan and strategic improvement planning period. The program is not a “one size fits all,” but rather is tailored to benefit each institution no matter size, finances, or stage of development.

AIM consultants are available to engage with you in leadership programming and serve as confidential advisors, subject matter experts, process mentors, or even project managers.
